S/Y Afrodite
Afrodite is a 32 foot wooden yacht built in Sweden in 1961. Designed by Tore Holm and built at his yard, drawings are available. As expected from a ship built by Tore Holm she is a very fast and above all a stable yacht. Afrodite is built from Honduras Mahogany on oak trusses with an Oregon Pine deck. She is equipped with a 38 hp four cylinder Nanni diesel engine. The equipment includes a VHF, a compass, a GPS, two anchors, a large amount of fenders and lines. On board are four berths, a galley with one spirit burner, a spacious cool box and a chemical toilet. The ship is very well maintained, with a significant yard period in 2014 at Ventis.
